I need to exchange my purchase - what do I do ?

You have 14 days from receiving your product to return any unwanted items back to us,. We will not, under any circumstances accept an exchange for items that have been sent after the 14 day exchange period. If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a exchange for the product/s.

SUIT RETURNS:

When returning an item for an exchange you MUST return the full suit. We cannot accept the exchange of only one or part of a suit.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS:

All footwear MUST NOT be tried on outdoors or on hard surfaces. Footwear must not have any visible scratches on any part of the shoe (especially on the bottom) otherwise an exchange will not be authorised.

How long will my order take to be delivered ?

  • US Express signature protected tracked shipping £19.99 (1-5 days)

  • Please note: our shipping days are Monday- Friday
  • If you place any orders after 11am on Friday or Saturday & Sunday your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
  • We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your orders.
How can I pay ?

You’ll need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by your credit or debit card company.

We also use the banking verification system that requires your unique password associated with the card used at payment. This securely protects you and us from fraud.

I am getting an error message when using the site. What should I do ?

If you see an error message when using the site, try using your web browser's refresh button to refresh the page you are on. It may be a temporary issue that exists between our site and your browser. If you continue to see the error, please let us know by emailing us at: [email protected] Please include as much information as possible, such as the error message itself, the web page address where you are experiencing the problem, the web browser you are using and your computer's operating system. We'll investigate the problem and get back to you as soon as we can

Will i receive the same product that i see in the picture?

You will receive the exact same product as seen on our website, But please note our photos are taken by a professional photographer and is taken in different scenery and lightings, so please bare in mind these things can make slight changes but we usually put a lot of effort and investment into this so we don’t have any disappointments and misleading.

What is your returns policy ?
NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE ONLY

Here at Mr Guild London we do NOT offer refunds. Please take this into consideration before ordering any items from us, to avoid disappointment. We understand that this can be quite questionable to some customers however, we have made our policy clear and would urge all customers to bare this in mind before placing an order. By placing an order you will be accepting this policy.

THE REASON FOR OUR POLICY ARE AS FOLLOWING:

1. Our products are extremely unique and we only stock a certain amount of quantities in each design, meaning our products are on very high demand. We do not want other customers missing out on their chance of purchasing one of our suits

2. To prevent people from ordering more than one suit to try on and then return all of the items they do not wish to keep. This is not cost effective for us or the customer

3. Mr Guild suits are not like any other garments and are more fragile than usual clothing. Due to this, they need to be steamed and re-pressed due to the shipping process. This again is neither cost or time efficient.
